The following is a list of the missions in Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Misguided Intelligence
Task: "Locate the carrier bird in the Soviet Installation."
Guide: Get to the Logging Camp in the Soviet Installation location. Talk to the remnant there to get the mission. The bird's location is north-east of the starting point. The radius is marked with a green circle on your map. Go there and use Survival Instincts to locate the bird. You need to shoot it down.
